About

Madison Vickery is a seasoned music executive and artist development consultant with over a decade of experience working across labels and management. She works with artists and teams to strengthen creative direction, output, and move projects forward with clarity and momentum.

She began her career at Atlantic Records while studying Sociology and Music History at UCLA, and spent nearly eight years in A&R across Atlantic, Neon Gold, and Big Beat Records.

Her work includes contributions to Portugal. The Man’s Grammy-winning album Woodstock, as well as releases with Chappell Roan, Sir Chloe, Noga Erez, Niko Rubio, MAY-A, Electric Guest, Arlie, and more.

Since 2023, she has worked independently as an A&R consultant and creative advisor for labels, managers, and publishers—helping artists develop strong creative identities, build compelling catalogs, and navigate the demands of the industry with clarity and consistency.

Her approach combines deep industry expertise with a focus on high-level output and long-term sustainability. Her work also draws from coaching and performance-based practices to support artists in sustaining that level of creative output over time.
