Process every Saturday at 10:30am - Kinship Studios in Highland Park
Process is an embodied self-inquiry class developed by Bree VanZutphen. The practice uses the body as a tool for insight, stress regulation, and self-awareness, with a different focus each week.
The methodology integrates guided reflective journaling, breathwork, structured yoga and movement, somatic techniques, vocalization, and expressive movement. Together, these tools help participants access subconscious patterns, release stored tension, and build greater clarity around their internal responses.
The practice supports discernment between moments that require grounding and stabilization and those that benefit from expression and emotional release. The goal is to strengthen one’s capacity to stay present with experience, respond rather than react, and integrate lived experiences in a healthy, sustainable way.
Over time, Process helps participants improve self-understanding, emotional regulation, and resilience—supporting more integrated decision-making, creativity, and relational awareness.
